08 WINDOWS

Windows are based on major U.S. manufacturers' standard unit types, details and features.

COMMON PARAMETERS:

All windows have these user customizable parameters:

  • Masonry type headers and sills (see New Features)
  • Parameters for Manufacturer Name, Model and Notes, inserted in Window Schedule (see New Features)
  • Option for showing ID in plan and/or elevation
  • Window frame width and depth, a depth of 0 will result in the frame depth equaling the wall depth.
  • Separate Exterior and Interior trim widths and materials, or options for no trim, no top trim or no bottom trim.
  • Glass material, with the additional option of having no glass.
  • A variety of grille types, with options for number of horizontal & vertical panes, and the muntin width.
  • Option to show opening hinge lines or directional arrow as appropriate in elevation.
  • Separate 2D and 3D pen parameters
  • Option to show amount of sash opening in 3D for operable window units.
  • Additional special parameters for particular window types.
