The owners, who built this home in 1956, opted to add and renovate rather than move. Keeping the distinctive roof line, walls of stone and glass were added to give the house more polish while maintaining its contemporary feeling. In the Kitchen north facing windows were added to create an airy, light filled space. The Den is 50% larger, with room for a desk, computer, files and a sitting area, plus a wall of windows. The renovation also includes an expanded Entry, new baths, and refinished wood floors.
